Family Matching Book

Sam knows pretty much everyone in our family's names but this weekend we had some family coming to visit from another state. Sam hadn't seen them in a while and I we knew he wouldn't remember their names so I had the idea of making a memory family book.
For the book I did four pictures per page and left enough room on the bottom of the page that you can fit the same picture. Then print two of each page, cut out the picture of one of the duplicates and laminate (or use contact paper like me)
Next put the full sheet and a piece of card stock in a page protector these are the pages of the book. I took adhesive backed Velcro and put a square on the back of the cut picture and the other square on the page protector below the matching picture.
 (sorry for the glare)
Then put your pages together, I used yarn but you can use metal rings too, and give it to your little one to enjoy! We put names under the pictures because Sam is starting to work on sounding out letters and figure eventually he will be able to read them. I hope to make more books like this with matching other things like shapes, colors, ect.
